First off, Its Hard to believe it's been a year since Sandy opened Key Lime Digi Designs, I just started on her team about 2 months ago, and she is a pure joy to work with along with the other CT members too!
I want to share a layout I made with my favorite kit from Key Lime Digi Design.
My favorite kit that really grabbed me, was Stormy Sunshine.
My daughter,(you'll see in the pictures, and who is in all of my layouts) is Considered my Rainbow baby. A Rainbow baby is a baby born after the loss of a child. In 2006 my husband and I lost our first daughter to Stillbirth. I was 34 weeks along. She was beautiful. We named her Haley Lynn. Its still hard, almost 9 years later. She is loved and missed forever, until I see her again in Heaven.

A "Rainbow baby" is a baby that is born following a miscarriage or stillbirth. In the real world, a beautiful and bright rainbow follows a storm and gives hope of things getting better. The rainbow is more appreciated having just experienced the storm in comparison.
The storm (baby loss) has already happened and nothing can change that experience.
A "Rainbow Baby” is the understanding that the beauty of a rainbow does not negate the ravages of the storm. When a rainbow appears, it doesn't mean the storm never happened or that the family is not still dealing with its aftermath. What it means is that something beautiful and full of light has appeared in the midst of the darkness and clouds. Storm clouds may still hover but the rainbow provides a counterbalance of color, energy and hope.
So I've always told her, she was my Stormy Sunshine.
My Rainbow baby. My only Sunshine.
